Reminiscing…
As I was scanning through pictures on my laptop, I came across this picture just a week before I went into labor. I miss them when they were still inside of me. It wasn’t the easiest, of course, when you have THREE babies punching the crap out of you, but it felt nice to know that they were close by. And today, I sit here without them unless I take a trip to the hospital. I’m still waiting for those “magic” words so we can finally start our lives together, then we can put this journey behind us and start our real story.
All through OCTOBER ‘11 to JANUARY ‘12.
So much has changed and gotten better in time. I’ve never imagined to have had such an amazing gift that GOD has given me. THREE beautiful souls were so meant to be mine forever and it has been one of my greatest accomplishment. We’ve all had quite a JOURNEY reaching where they’re at today, and in a blank of an eye.
Today, the babies are now 10-12lbs in just almost 5 months! They used to be all under 2lbs, just little peanuts. And clothes couldn’t even fit them! But today they’re all at size 3mths in clothing and size 1-2 in diapers. I’m proud to be a mother of these THREE chunky monkeys who once were just teeny-weenies.
ENJOY!!! ( ^ _ ^ )
On November 23rd, I was granted my daughter, Kyri’s homecoming. It was difficult for the first couple nights since it was mommy and daddy’s first time. But after awhile we got use to it because we can still squeeze in a few hours of sleep. Then on December 5th, we also got the take our son, Odin, home. It was damn hard taking care of two when they wake up at the same time, poop at the same time, pee at the same time, eat at the same time, and sleep at the same time. Daddy and I started off switching shifts where he’ll do nights and I’d do days but it just made it harder. So, I told him we should really try napping/sleeping when they do because we need at least 3 hours of sleep to have energy. Which it actually really helped even though we’re almost walking zombies. It’s been very exhausting and it scares me to think about doing it with ALL THREE of them home then later on, daddy going back to work. It’s more than being a super mom that’s forsure.
